Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM PST on Friday, or on holidays, will begin processing the following business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your items arrive safely. All shipments come with tracking information and are sent in discreet packaging to ensure your privacy.
- Standard Shipping:
- Cost: $5.00 per order
- Estimated Delivery:
- Major Countries (e.g., United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, most of Europe): 5-15 business days after your order has been processed.
- Remote Countries & Regions: 14-35 business days after your order has been processed.
- Expedited Shipping:
- Cost: $20.00 per order
- Estimated Delivery: 3-7 business days for major countries, 7-20 business days for remote regions.
- Free Shipping:
- Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $59.00!
Please Note: All delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the shipping carrier's actual performance, customs clearance processes, and unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather delays, peak seasons). We aren't responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us.
- For all returns (unless due to product quality issues), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if there's a quality issue with your product, please contact us at eroticbloom@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery. In such cases, we'll cover the return shipping costs or provide a suitable resolution.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at eroticbloom@outlook.com. We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Shipping & Customs
For international orders, please be aware that your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and aren't included in our shipping costs. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
