Refund policy

We have a 30-day return window after you receive your item to request a return (subject to the eligibility rules below).

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must generally be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags (if any), and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

Intimate / adult products: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, unsealed, used, or intimate items that have had packaging seals broken cannot be returned unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival (see Damages below).

How to start a return

Contact us at eroticbloom@outlook.com before sending anything back. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at eroticbloom@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. In these cases we will cover return shipping or provide another suitable resolution.

For other approved returns (not due to our error or product quality issues), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless we state otherwise in writing.

Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom/personalized products, gift cards, and sale items marked as final sale. Hazardous materials also cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, subject to applicable law and hygiene exceptions for sealed goods opened after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within about 10 business days (your bank may take additional time). If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact eroticbloom@outlook.com.
